Set up and review the Reconciliation process & ensure the companys policies and procedures are followed in consultation with Head - Banking Operations Ensure completion of Reconciliation between Bank and collections by T+1 day Responsible for following up with Central operations for closing the cases of unidentified credits and Pending credits in the Bank. Review the Disposal cost against the Budgeted cost and ensure 100% adherence Responsible for exploring opportunities with Banks for opening new Accounts to facilitate timely deposition of collections. Responsible for coordinating with Bank Branches in case of Deposition issues Ensuring reporting deadlines are met as per the SLA TAT Responsible for coordinating with Operations and ensuring timely deposition of funds in the Banks Ensure timely and accurate billing for Burial services Responsible for Feasibility check with Partner Banks for deposition and mapping of employees for deposition. Review status of the pending recon cases and plan appropriate action Attend customer meetings and present action plan to close recon gaps.
