Position: Senior Manager - B2B
Location: Tamil Nadu and KeralaWorking days: 6 days (10:30 am to 7:30 pm)Company: https://fly.finance/forex and https://leverage.biz/Skills: B2B, Sales, Study Abroad, Large size team handling experience, Field Sales experience, Travelling 15 to 20 days pan India.We are looking for Senior Manager to join our Leverage Partner Network; who are driven, self-motivated and highly passionate about working in the Ed-tech space while impacting careers via quality education & expert mentorship. If you are someone who is proactive, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is for you.What will you do:

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential partners.
• Review Weekly funnels with partners along with regional KAM/BDM, to solve for any bottleneck.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls with partners
• Efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low Turn-Around-time (TAT) and increased connectivity with multiple attempts
• Build cross-discipline relationships in the organization, partnering/ working closely with employees across departments, thereby ensuring an effective closure.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls with partners
• Partners acquisition, onboarding, relationship management, and driving business for B2B vertical.
  

What will you need Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

• 8 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar background
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Showcase a keen interest in education and innovation along with acumen for sales
• Ability to work under pressure
• Detail oriented approach of working
• Being capable of concept selling and understanding business and customer issues.
