This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA). Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Mentor, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement innovative accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, financial planning, and business growth opportunities. Liaison with US team on client engagements. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive process improvements and innovation. Foster strong relationships with clients, providing proactive financial insights and solutions to meet their evolving needs. Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Requirements: B.Com degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Chartered Accountant, or equivalent qualification preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with a proven track record of leadership and managerial excellence. Deep knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations, with experience in a client-service or public accounting environment preferred. Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks), with a focus on leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
