What You’ll Do As a Senior Machine Learning Expert , you'll be at the heart of our AI initiatives: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models. Build and scale Generative AI applications integrated into real-world business workflows. Lead the development of advanced NLP systems—ideally having owned/led at least one major NLP project. Fine-tune models using proprietary business coaching data. Oversee data pipelines for labeling, cleaning, and preparation. Evaluate and optimize model performance for continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with models deployed in production. Proficiency in Python , TensorFlow , and PyTorch . Experience with Hugging Face , Transformers , and custom model training. Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) . Expertise in data engineering and building robust ML workflows.
