Senior Machine Learning Engineer - NLP

Role Overview: Observe.AI is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Machine Learning Engineer. As part of the world-class ML team, you will be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art LLM-powered AI capabilities and Agentic AI systems. Your role will involve working on cutting-edge technologies in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing to build scalable production systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and contribute to the technological evolution of Observe.AI's platform. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop LLM-powered AI capabilities and Agentic AI systems from ideation to production for Observe.AI's product offerings - Utilize cutting-edge tools and technologies in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing, including LLMs and LLM-powered technologies - Build and maintain highly scalable production systems supporting AI capabilities on Observe.AI's product platform - Optimize ML models and processing pipelines for performance, cost-effectiveness, and scalability - Mentor junior team members, collaborate with peers and stakeholders, and contribute to the community through tech blogs and publishing papers in relevant conferences Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with exposure to ML, DL, NLP, and NLU - 3+ years of industry experience in building large-scale NLP/NLU systems, with recent experience in LLM-powered applications and Agentic systems - Strong understanding of ML and NLP/NLU fundamentals, with hands-on experience in building customer-facing ML/NLP/NLU applications - Proficiency in Python and Machine Learning Frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, HuggingFace, etc. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills - Experience with Spoken Language Understanding and published papers in top NLP/NLU conferences are a plus Additional Company Details: Observe.AI values diversity and inclusion, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds to join their team.
