Role Overview:

Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, validate, and deploy

  classification and predictive models

  to solve business problems in the BFSI domain.
• Perform

  data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning

  to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to define data requirements and interpret model outcomes.
• Present analytical insights and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
• Continuously explore new ML techniques and tools to improve model accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience

  in building and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  and libraries such as

  scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and XGBoost

  .
• Good understanding of

  classification algorithms, model validation, and feature selection techniques

  .
• Experience with

  SQL

  and data handling for model development.
• Excellent

  communication and problem-solving skills

  — ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business teams.
• Exposure to

  BFSI datasets or projects

  will be an added advantage.
