Job Description

Role & responsibilities : 1) Drafting of various agreements, notices and other legal documents 2) Filing and Registration of new Trademarks and Copyrights and renewals 3) The best practice with regards to the legal aspects of commercial and contractual matters entrusted 4) Determine key contract terms & conditions, communicate pertinent information in the Terms & Conditions 5) Contribute to negotiations as liaison between internal & external personnel 6) Handle litigation & piracy matter issues independently or in coordination with appropriate authorities 7) Prepare, draft and finalize various agreements such as sale agreement, construction agreement, sale deed, lease deed, tripartite agreement, MoUs, NDAs, JDAs, GPAs, notices, title opinions, etc. 8) Represent the firm before government offices, courts, tribunals, etc to resolve any queries 9) Well acquainted with the CIS & coordinate with external advocates 10) Assist in the preparation & completion of compliance checklists litigation trackers 11) Well versed in Corporate Laws, Labor laws, Litigation and Compliance 12) Handle any legal work as and when required for all groups of the company and as and when required by the superiors.
