Senior Leader - Enterprise Headcount Planning

Role Overview: You will be responsible for producing multi-dimensional executive reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. This role will involve regular interaction with senior executives from internal stakeholder departments to drive enterprise-wide transformation through organizational and process redesign using advanced technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Construct and back-test statistical models for Enterprise workforce planning. - Develop downstream department level operational plans based on the enterprise plan. - Monitor key metrics such as utilization, offshoring, pyramid, and hiring to track plan to actual performance. - Conceptualize and implement additional metrics as required for effective quantitative analysis and insights. Qualifications Required: - Operational Excellence experience in Workforce Planning.
