Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Lead Technical Recruiter to manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. This individual will serve as an individual contributor and thought partner to the business, bringing deep expertise in technical hiring, sourcing strategy, stake holder management and candidate experience. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing top talent, and guiding candidates through a seamless hiring journey. Your ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, resolve escalations, and collaborate across teams will be critical to your success. Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage top technical talent. Source candidates using advanced sourcing techniques via LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster (Foundit), social media, and internal databases. Build and maintain a strong professional network within the IT industry , leveraging high-impact LinkedIn connections and groups. Handle end-to-end technical recruitment for niche roles such as Full-Stack Developers, Azure Architects, ServiceNow Developers (ITOM, ITAM, ITSM), SREs, Dynatrace Experts, DevOps Engineers, Salesforce, Laravel, Orchestration Admins, Python Data Engineers, and AWS Migration Specialists. Perform detailed candidate screening and evaluation , including technical assessments, cultural fit, and communication skills. Lead virtual screening sessions and design effective screening strategies tailored to role requirements. Coordinate interview logistics, liaising with candidates and interview panels to manage scheduling and follow-ups . Update and maintain ATS and trackers for accurate reporting on sourcing activity, candidate pipeline, interview progress, and hiring outcomes. Provide daily and weekly reports on pipeline status, conversions, closures , and hiring metrics. Engage with candidates from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring high levels of engagement and offer-to-join conversion . Negotiate competitive pay rates aligned with budget and market standards to maximize profitability and candidate satisfaction. Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure alignment of hiring strategies with resource planning. Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform recruitment strategy, including supply-demand insights for niche tech skills. Experience: 8 + years of relevant experience in technical recruitment, Stakeholder Management, End to end recruitment Qualification: Full time Degree or Engineering in Computer Science / Information Science is highly desirable. MBA in HR is preferred. Compelling Communication skill is a must. Candidate must be flexible to work form office and cater in the shift hours of 11.00 am to 8.00pm IST.
