Job Description

1. Recruitment and Staffing: - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. - Coordinate and participate in the interview process and extend job offers. - Onboard new hires and manage the orientation process. 2. Employee Relations: - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. - Address employee concerns and grievances; mediate conflict resolution when necessary. - Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement. 3. Performance Management: - Assist with the development and implementation of performance appraisal programs. - Support managers in providing feedback and coaching to employees. - Monitor employee progress and assist in the development of performance improvement plans. 4. Compliance and Policy Implementation: - Ensure compliance with applicable statutory compliances. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and related documentation. 5. HR Metrics and Reporting: - Collect and analyse HR data to inform decision-making and identify trends. - Prepare regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction). Qualifications: - MBA in Human Resources Management - [12-15] years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably as an HR Generalist. - Strong knowledge of HR practices and talent acquisition - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
