Lead Frontend Engineer (React.js)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing React.js team
• Define frontend architecture, design systems, and coding best practices
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams for seamless delivery
• Drive adoption of modern technologies like Next.js, real-time UIs, and AI frontends
• Ensure code quality, accessibility, and performance across all products

Requirements:

• Master's in computer science or related field
• 1015 years in frontend engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and MUI
• Experience with scalable UI systems, design tokens, and accessibility (WCAG)
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
