Senior Lead Engineer - Java

As a member of the new initiatives team at AeroQube, your primary focus will be on problem solving and innovation. Your responsibilities will include evaluating technology to formulate solutions for specific technology problems, assisting others in building prototypes and implementing solutions, and designing software components to meet non-functional requirements such as performance and scalability. You will work collaboratively in teams to achieve common deliverables and individually deliver specific targets with a strong focus on performance. Additionally, you will mentor and guide team members to enhance their skillsets, manage conflicts arising from technical implementations, and actively participate in organizational processes. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate technology and formulate solutions for specific technology problems - Assist team members in building prototypes and implementing solutions - Architect and design software components for non-functional requirements - Collaborate in teams to achieve common deliverables - Deliver specific targets with a focus on performance - Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skillsets - Manage conflicts arising from technical implementations - Participate in organizational processes such as recruitments, appraisals, and certification audits Qualifications Required: - 9+ years of experience in software development - Proficiency in encryption and decryption in Java with AES/RSA, including key generation, export, and transfer - Experience with cryptography concepts such as Secure Random generation, Message Digest, Signature, Cipher selection, and padding - Knowledge of Certificates import/export, Root Certificates, Self-signed Certificates, and CA - Familiarity with OpenSSL or Microsoft tools for certificate generation and conversion - Master's degree in computer science or engineering - Development experience in Web Applications using J2EE with NoSQL or RDBMS, HTML5, and JavaScript (Angular and/or React) - Demonstrated ability to design scalable web applications and deliver mission-critical systems - Strong debugging and analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Additional Details of AeroQube: AeroQube offers a range of benefits to its employees, including medical insurance, flexible working hours, skills development opportunities, food and beverage provisions, employee clubs, activities, and gifts, work-life balance initiatives, and financial benefits.
