Senior / Lead Backend Engineer (NestJS + TypeScript)

A strong backend engineer who is confident with NestJS and TypeScript, understands system design, and enjoys writing clean, reliable server-side code.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain backend logic in

  NestJS + TypeScript

• Design and optimise the

  PostgreSQL

  database layer
• Develop clean, scalable

  REST APIs

• Integrate with external tools (payments, analytics, support systems)
  
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability
  
• Write unit tests and keep the codebase stable
  
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and data teams
  

• If joining as Lead:

• Guide architecture decisions
  
• Review code and set quality standards
  
• Mentor other engineers
