The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Laravel framework , a deep understanding of PHP , and expertise in building scalable, high-performance systems. This role involves leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, client handling, mentoring junior developers, and staying at the forefront of emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of web applications using the Laravel framework . Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring consistent coding standards and best practices. Engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through regular reviews and optimizations. Stay up-to-date with the latest Laravel updates, tools, and best practices. Work with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to design efficient schemas. Implement and manage automated testing frameworks for quality assurance. Be open to adapting new technologies and tools to solve problems in innovative ways. Skills Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development , with at least 3 years using the Laravel framework. Proficient in creating RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Strong understanding of OOP principles , MVC architecture , and design patterns . Expertise in database design and query optimization for MySQL , PostgreSQL , or similar. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients and non-technical stakeholders. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. Ability to think in a problem-specific way, focusing on innovative solutions to business challenges. Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies to solve problems efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of microservices architecture and implementation. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
