We are looking for a skilled Senior Key Account Manager with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the BFSI sector. Job Requirements Proven experience as a key account manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including banking and financial products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
