Finance & Payroll Executive

Objectives of This Role

• Deliver 

  error-free and timely payroll processing

• Maintain 

  financial accuracy

   through reconciliations and record management
• Ensure 

  full statutory compliance

   in payroll and finance operations
• Support audits, MIS reporting, and finance process improvements
• Collaborate with HR for smooth salary administration and employee query resolution

Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll 
• Validate attendance, LOP, salary changes, overtime, bonuses, incentives
• Prepare and distribute salary slips, payroll registers, and MIS reports
• Handle full-and-final settlements, leave encashment, and paysheet adjustments
• Resolve employee payroll queries with data and clarity

Finance & Accounting Support

• Maintain accounting entries
• Perform bank reconciliation, expense validation, vendor payment support
• Track company expenses and assist in budget vs actual reports

Required Skills

• Hands-on payroll processing (end-to-end)
• Accounting fundamentals
• Strong proficiency in 

  MS Excel

   (lookup formulas, pivot tables, payroll calculations)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance/Accounting equivalent
• 2–3 years experience in Finance + Payroll operations
