Enclosed the below JD- Exp- 7-10years Job Location-Mumbai,Pune,Navi Mumbai-Airoli Key Responsibilities: Strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining BPM solutions using JBPM. Build and optimize business rules using the Drools rule engine, ensuring the process automation is aligned with business needs. Lead JBPM upgrades and perform data migrations to the latest versions, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity. Work on integrating JBPM with external systems, including Load Balancing and Kafka, to ensure smooth process automation and data flow. Develop end-to-end workflow solutions by utilizing JBPM Process Design, deployment, configuration, and versioning, while maintaining efficiency and scalability. Utilize JBPM APIs for developing subprocesses, exception handling, and human task lifecycle management. Work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure the BPM processes are effectively implemented and meet business requirements. Perform the deployment of JBPM applications and manage versioning to support the continuous integration and delivery pipeline. Must-Have Skills: Strong design and development experience with JBPM, including full knowledge of JBPM components and architecture. Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of building rules using the Drools rule engine to automate business decisions. Experience in upgrading JBPM versions and performing data migration for smooth transitions. Expertise in Load Balancing, Kafka integration, and JBPM Process Automation. Experience in JBPM process design, end-to-end workflow implementation, installation, configuration, deployment, and versioning. In-depth knowledge of JBPM APIs, subprocesses, exception handling, and managing the human task life cycle. Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge or experience with any of the following technologies is a plus: .Net, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript.
