Senior Java/Kotlin developer

As a Senior Java/Kotlin developer, you will be responsible for designing scalable and robust technical solutions end-to-end. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating 6+ years of experience in designing technical solutions with Java using Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React - Proficiency in modern frontend build and test tooling such as Webpack, ESlint, Cypress, Jest, Babel, NPM/Yarn - Experience with relational databases and consuming, developing, and integrating Web applications and APIs (REST, GraphQL, Apollo) - Proficient in unit testing with JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Jenkins, Git, GitHub) - Familiarity with Kotlin and willingness to work with it - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Working under Agile methodologies - Demonstrating B2+ English level (written and spoken) for effective communication with the team Additionally, you will be expected to: - Develop scalable, robust, fault-tolerant software systems using tools like Kafka, Splunk, DataDog, and AWS - Provide hands-on technical leadership, participate in architectural decision-making, and guide junior team members - Anticipate and prevent problems, present technical issues to leadership, and continuously improve software and development processes - Research and advocate for industry standards and best practices in development methodologies, techniques, and technologies Please note that the job is a 12-month contract based in Gurgaon with a complete night shift schedule starting at 7:30 PM IST.,
