We are looking for an experienced Software Development Lead to drive backend engineering initiatives and guide a high-performing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, with proven experience building scalable and reliable backend systems. In this role, you will lead technical design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure best practices across development, cloud deployment, and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices principles.
• Convert business needs into efficient, high-quality technical solutions.
• Optimize code, database queries, and system performance.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Test and debug services using Postman and modern IDEs.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) including GKE, BigQuery, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in backend development with strong Java expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, cloud environments, and microservices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
