Key Responsibilities: ï‚· Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications and microservices. ï‚· Work with front-end teams to integrate with APIs and data-driven applications. ï‚· Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. ï‚· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices. ï‚· Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. ï‚· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, testers, UI/UX designers, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. ï‚· Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a timely and effective manner. ï‚· Continuously improve the development process by researching and implementing the latest technology trends and tools. ï‚· Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. ï‚· Work on performance tuning, refactoring, and optimization of existing systems Required Qualifications: ï‚· 3+ years of experience in Java development. ï‚· Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate. ï‚· Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and databases (SQL, NoSQL). ï‚· Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. ï‚· Experience with version control tools (Git) and agile methodologies. ï‚· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
