Job Title: Tech Lead – Java Backend Developer Experience: 4 to 6 Years Location: Jaipur (Onsite) Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F) Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Lead with 4 to 6 years of hands-on backend development experience to lead a team of developers and deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise applications. This role is onsite in Jaipur and will involve architecture design, coding, mentoring, and end-to-end project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead backend development using Core Java , Spring Boot , Spring Core , and JPA/Hibernate . Architect and design scalable microservices-based solutions. Guide and mentor junior developers and review code for quality assurance. Manage full development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams. Ensure best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and security. Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables. Required Skills: 4 to 6 years of backend development experience using Java technologies. Strong expertise in Spring Boot , Spring Core , Spring Security , and JPA/Hibernate . Hands-on experience in designing and developing microservices . Proficient in RESTful APIs and integrations. Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Experience with version control systems like Git . Nice to Have: Exposure to Docker , Kubernetes , or cloud platforms like AWS . Experience with CI/CD pipelines , Agile methodologies , and tools like JIRA . Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
