* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, or other Java-based frameworks.
* Learn and develop frontend features using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React, Next.js
* Contribute to architectural decisions and system design discussions across services and components.
* Review code, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best engineering practices.
* Implement development testing practices such as TDD, BDD, or Test-Last Development (TLD) to ensure code reliability.
* Assist in deployments, CI/CD processes, and cloud environments
* Strong expertise in Java with deep hands-on experience in Spring Boot or related frameworks (SpringBoot, Jersey, etc.).
* Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL API and microservices architecture
* Hands-on experience with development testing approaches such as TDD, BDD, or TLD
* Technical Knowledge on React and RDBMS is a plus
* Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
