Senior Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end implementation of technical solutions as part of the Professional Services team.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and client teams to design, develop, and test customizations.
• Develop custom applications and enhancements using Java, Oracle, and scripting languages.
• Assist clients with technical aspects of implementations, including hardware/software sizing, deployment strategies, and integration with third-party systems.
• Lead data migration activities by coordinating with clients to ensure data mapping, format validation, loading, and error resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams; mentor junior team members as needed.

Must-Have:

• Minimum 4

  years of relevant experience

  in Java-based software development or technical consulting, with a

  total experience of 48 years

• Strong proficiency in

  Java (Java 8 and above)

  Core Java

  J2EE

  , with at least 4

  years of hands-on development experience

  server-side, real-time, transaction-based applications

• Solid understanding and practical experience in

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Proven expertise in the

  Spring Framework

  Spring Boot

  , with hands-on experience in building and maintaining

  microservices-based architectures

• Must have strong skills in

  Oracle SQL / MySQL / PL/SQL

• Experience in

  developing or customizing applications

• Strong

  problem-solving and debugging skills

  , with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelors degree in computer science
