About The Opportunity

We deliver resilient, high-throughput services designed for rapid feature delivery and operational excellence.Primary standardized title: Senior Java Developer | Location: India (Hybrid)Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high availability and performance in production environments.
Own implementation of microservices and RESTful APIs—define contracts, data models, versioning and backward compatibility strategies.
Optimize persistence and data access using Hibernate/JPA and relational databases; implement efficient SQL and schema design.
Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs and deployment patterns.
Drive code quality through automated unit and integration tests, code reviews, and continuous integration pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, implement observability (metrics, logging, tracing) and performance tuning.

Qualifications:
