We are looking for smart and talented developers who are looking to leave their imprint on a set of applications that will be utilized by the world's largest and most innovative companies for years to come in the Human Capital Management domain. We are looking for the kind of folks who are looking to go deep into the products that they own - learning both the functionality and the complex technical architecture and then building solid and long-lasting products. We use Java and the related tech stack to build our applications, and hence, we are looking for folks with expertise in those areas. Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for commercial or end-user applications. Wrote code, completed programming, and performed testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design, and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products. Duties and tasks are varied and complete, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower-level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree (B. E. /B. Tech. /MCA/M. Tech. /M. S. ) from reputed universities.3-7 years of experience in Applications or product development.Dev experience in Oracle Applications / HCM functionality is a strong plus.Strong Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.Product design and development experience in Java / J2EE technologies (JSP/Servlet).Development experience on the Fusion Middleware platform would be a big plus.Database fundamentals, SQL, PL/SQL.Development exposure to development frameworks.Familiarity with ADF would be a big advantage.Exposure to modern source control and build systems.
