Job Description

Role : Senior Java Lead with Angular and AWS We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in leading the development of complex web applications using Java and Angular for front end and deploying the applications on AWS. Responsibilities : Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable applications using Java and Angular. Architect and implement microservices using Java Spring Framework and related technologies. Design and develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces utilizing Angular and TypeScript. Collaborate with backend developers, architects, and designers to ensure seamless integration across all layers of the application. Champion best practices and ensure code quality through code reviews, adherence to coding standards, and mentorship of junior developers. Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application robustness. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalability. Provide technical leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product Managers) to deliver exceptional software solutions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team. Document code, APIs, and system architecture for future maintainability. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies. Experience with Angular and TypeScript. Solid understanding of web services (RESTful APIs) and microservices architecture. Familiarity with AWS cloud services and related deployment tools and frameworks. Experience with databases (SQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate). Experience with build tools (e.g., Maven or Gradle) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
