Troubleshooting & Debugging : Quickly pinpoint issues in complex systems, propose fixes, and optimize performance. What Were Looking For Minimum 8 Years Experience : Proven track record in Java application development, especially in microservices. Hands-On with Spring Ecosystem : Proficiency in latest Spring modules like Spring Boot, Security, AOP, Cloud, and Batch. Strong SQL & NoSQL Skills : Practical experience with MongoDB , MySQL , and Cassandra . Testing & Quality Mindset : Familiarity with JUnit and coverage tools to ensure high standards of code quality.
