Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Location: Bangalore (Preferred), Pune, Gurgaon, Chennai, Bhubaneswar

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SeniorJava Developer who is hands-on, proactive, and capable of directly engagingwith clients to gather requirements, contribute to technical discussions, anddrive end-to-end development. This role requires strong technical expertise in Java , Spring Boot , Microservices , and Reactive Programming withexposure to Vertex . The ideal candidate should possess strongcommunication skills, be a self-starter, and be capable of operatingindependently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions.

Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

Leverage reactive programming and Vertex for building performant, event-driven systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, DevOps, and UI developers.

Contribute actively to code reviews, architectural planning, and performance tuning.

Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and risks.

Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure project alignment and delivery.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Java

Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices

Solid experience with Reactive Programming

Working knowledge of Vertex (Vert.x)

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Self-disciplined and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.

A strong individual contributor and an effective team player.
