Senior Java Backend Developer

As an experienced Java Backend Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing Java-based backend applications. Your role will involve building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architecture while writing clean, efficient, and reusable code with strong debugging skills. You will optimize backend performance, ensure scalability, and work with relational databases (MySQL/SQL) for high-performance queries. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with applying strong Data Structures & Algorithms knowledge to design efficient systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and test Java-based backend applications. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with strong debugging skills. - Optimize backend performance and ensure scalability. - Work with relational databases (MySQL/SQL) for high-performance queries. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Apply strong Data Structures & Algorithms knowledge to design efficient systems. **Qualifications Required:** - 8-10 years of backend development experience in Java/J2EE. - Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Hands-on experience with Spring, Microservices, Multithreading, and REST API development. - Strong knowledge of SQL / relational databases. - Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles. - Strong in Data Structures & Algorithms. - Ability to manage tasks independently and mentor junior developers.
