Job Description

SUMMARY

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in the Spring Boot framework to join our innovative development team. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for our AI-powered Unified Video Management Platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advancing cutting-edge solutions in video analytics, VMS, and face recognition, leveraging microservices architecture and cloud-agnostic technologies. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to transformative security and intelligence applications while growing within a forward-thinking, globally recognized organization.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement backend services using Spring Boot
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless frontend integration
Design, optimize, and manage relational (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases
Build and maintain microservices-based architecture using tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ for inter-service communication
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with a focus on quality and scalability
Conduct unit and integration testing using JUnit and other testing frameworks
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal application scalability and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers
Participate actively in agile practices such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in backend development using Spring Boot framework
Strong proficiency in designing and optimizing database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience with microservices architecture and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in unit and integration testing with JUnit and similar tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to code quality and performance
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
