The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead and drive the Banking Payment Aggregator Project. This is a high-visibility role responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end architecture for a mission-critical payment system. Position: Senior Architect (15+ Years) Location: Navi Mumbai, CBD Belapur Domain: Banking (Payment Aggregator Project) Note: Working on 1st and 3rd Saturdays aligns with banking norms. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the end-to-end technical architecture for the Payment Aggregator Project. Lead technology selection, cloud adoption (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices strategy. Ensure high security & compliance (OAuth2, JWT, PCI-DSS, banking regulations). Guide and mentor development teams, fostering an innovation-driven culture. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align technology with business goals. Must-Have Skills 15+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in an architectural leadership role. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka). Proven track record of leading large-scale, mission-critical payment systems. Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in banking. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and Serverless computing. Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices. Experience working with third-party payment integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Why Join Us?
