Job Description

As a Senior IT Solution Architect at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in creating integrated solutions and providing architectural consulting for complex client solutions. Your primary objective is to ensure optimal functioning of IT application software and infrastructure by outlining complex solution architecture descriptions across domains, functions, and industries, as well as monitoring and governing the implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Define solutions or products to deliver capability at a specific level of maturity, ensuring agility, scalability, and integration into the overall architecture. - Design high-level structures to guide the development of integrated solutions meeting current and future business needs. - Utilize client business requirements to advise on the design, deployment, and operation of application infrastructures. - Create designs with holistic views and detailed components and interconnections. - Collaborate with enterprise architects to integrate proposed solution components into the enterprise data architecture. - Manage proof of concept (POC)/prototypes to validate new solutions, tools, and methods initiatives. - Research emerging infrastructure technologies and best practices, contributing to internal effectiveness improvements. - Support installation and configuration of applications, along with performing other related tasks as required. To excel in this role, you should have: - Advanced ability to construct complex solutions using expertise in the function's offerings. - Extensive knowledge of multi-technology software, OSs, infrastructure design best practices, and reference architectures. - Proficiency in project management principles, vendor roadmaps, and analytical thinking. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. - Strategic thinking ability with good business acumen. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field. - Preferred certifications: TOGAF / COBIT or related, Scaled Agile certification. Required Experience: - Advanced experience in multiple industries and disciplines. - Experience in software development process or Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects. - Experience working as a senior solution architect in a global IT services provider organization.
