Job Title: IT Recruiter (Minimum 5+ Years Experience) Location: Thane Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles. Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, networking, social media, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build hiring strategies. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements. Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates and ensure a smooth offer process. Maintain and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and ATS systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of any stream Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of various IT technologies, roles, and skill sets. Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Experience in using ATS and HRMS tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in bulk hiring and niche IT skills recruitment. Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.
