Job Description

Senior IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end IT project
delivery from initiation to closure within the pharma and life sciences domain
Manage
implementation and integration
of LIMS, MES, Documentum, Trackwise, and M-Files systems.
Collaborate with business, QA, Regulatory, and IT teams to define
scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and manage
project plans, budgets, risks, and change controls.
Ensure adherence to
GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11
, and other compliance standards.
Oversee
vendor management
, system validation, and
UAT execution.
Provide
status updates
and key metrics to leadership.
Mentor
junior project managers
and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

10 to 15 years experience in
IT project management
within pharma or life sciences.
B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. Equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong understanding
of manufacturing and lab processes.
Expertise in
CSV, GxP, and regulated system
implementation.
Proficiency in
Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master
certification preferred
