Job Description

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for articulating and finalizing product requirements with client business stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Playing a mature role as a Product Owner, with expertise in producing deliverables such as business process flows, requirement specifications, and user stories - Working with Agile teams to lead requirement grooming, sprint planning, and collaboration with software product development teams - Planning, tracking, and monitoring the work for a group of product analysts/Business Analysts - Collaborating with UI/UX/Visual design teams to guide the product's user interface process - Having technical exposure to understand modern web/mobile application development and data structures - Utilizing domain knowledge in Automobile, Transportation, and Smart Mobility Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in Product Management and Stakeholder Management - Ability to work in an Agile environment and with cross-functional teams - Experience with defining MVP and MMP - Previous work as a Business Analyst and familiarity with Business Analysis Tools and Techniques - Proficiency in owning and managing the product roadmap - Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Attention to detail and overall understanding of the technologies used in the product - Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, Aha, JIRA, and Azure DevOps In addition to the above, you will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and abilities: - Analysis skills with a natural interest in problem-solving - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, develop product vision and concept, and define and prioritize the product roadmap - Documentation skills to translate the product roadmap into well-defined requirements - Product management skills to maintain product backlog and feature prioritization - Pre-sales skills to work with the marketing team on project case studies and blogs - Testing skills to manage User Acceptance Testing and system go-live - Ability to develop user documentation, provide business support, and train users - Willingness to travel to client sites for short to medium durations Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with additional benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
