Role & responsibilities Provide comprehensive IT support via phone, email, chat, and remote access. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and VoIP system issues . Manage user accounts, credentials, and security settings in Active Directory. Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM, ERP, and enterprise applications . Maintain network infrastructure , including routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls . Ensure cybersecurity compliance through proactive monitoring and enforcement. Document IT issues, solutions, and create training materials for employees. Assist in system upgrades, automation, and process improvements . Preferred candidate profile Experience : 2-5 years in IT support, help desk, or system administration. Education : Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required). Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP), and IT security. Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Work Ethic : Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently. Flexibility : Available for occasional after-hours support when needed.
