Role We are looking for a Senior Executive IT to oversee and manage IT infrastructure, POS systems, and technology operations across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware, software, network management, and IT support within the QSR/F&B industry . Key Responsibilities: POS & Software Management Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems, ERP, and restaurant management software. IT Infrastructure Support – Maintain servers, networks, CCTV, printers, Wi-Fi, and hardware across all locations. Data Security & Backup – Ensure data protection, backups, and compliance with security policies. User Support & Troubleshooting – Provide tech support for restaurant staff, ensuring minimal downtime. Vendor Coordination – Work with IT vendors for software upgrades, equipment maintenance, and support. IT Process Automation – Identify areas to improve efficiency through digital tools and automation. Compliance & Documentation – Maintain IT policies, reports, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT support (preferably in QSR/F&B industry). Strong knowledge of POS systems, ERP, networking, and troubleshooting. Experience in handling multiple restaurant locations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Why Join Us?
