The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating leads, meeting clients, understanding technical requirements, and closing deals from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate potential business leads through multiple channels such as: LinkedIn Outreach, Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr , Email Marketing, Cold Calling, Social Media & Networking Platforms. Conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual) to understand project requirements. Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project proposals and quotes. Own the entire sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining a strong client relationship. Requirements: 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in IT/Software Services). Strong understanding of software development services and project requirement gathering. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills. Must be target-driven , self-motivated, and ready to face new challenges. Why Join Us?
