Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and portfolio)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Flexible Timings (as per project needs) Joining: Immediate or within 30 Days

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our in-house projects team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., India’s leading family entertainment and gaming brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative interior designs for our gaming centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues across India.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop creative interior layouts for new and existing Smaaash centers.

Collaborate with the projects, operations, and marketing teams to align design concepts with brand standards.

Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renders, and BOQs for design approvals.

Work closely with vendors, contractors, and architects for on-site coordination.

Ensure project delivery within timeline, quality, and budget.

Source and select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes suitable for high-footfall entertainment environments.

Ensure all designs comply with safety, functional, and aesthetic requirements.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.

5–8 years of professional experience in commercial, hospitality, or retail interior design (experience in entertainment or F&B industry preferred).

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Excellent sense of color, space planning, and brand aesthetics.

Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to translate concepts into practical designs.

Willingness to travel for site visits and supervision when required.
