The Opportunity

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Technical Execution

• Lead the conceptual development and presentation of

  bespoke

  interior solutions for residential and commercial clients, ensuring designs align with client budget constraints and brand standards.

• Crucially, ensure technical documentation (drawings, BOQs, specifications) provides the clarity required to convert the 3D vision exactly

  into reality on site, maintaining the firm's reputation for precision.
• Manage the selection, specification, and procurement of all materials, furnishings, and fixtures, guaranteeing quality and

  on-budget

  delivery.

2. Project Leadership & Management

• Act as the primary design lead, coordinating seamlessly with our in-house civil work and construction teams to maintain project flow and

  timeline reliability

  .
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all design deliverables are met consistently

  ahead of timeline

  or on schedule.
• Conduct frequent site visits to monitor installation and troubleshoot complex design issues, guaranteeing adherence to specifications.

3. Client & Team Communication

• Maintain

  proactive and transparent communication

  with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations with professionalism.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience:

  Minimum

  4+ years

  of professional experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray or similar rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite. Proven ability to translate complex design models into detailed, construction-ready documentation.

• Reliability & Professionalism:

  Demonstrated history of managing projects that finished

  on budget

  and

  on time

  . Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for maintaining client trust and team coordination.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
