We’re on the lookout for a Senior Interior Designer who’s ready to take ownership of design narratives, lead projects end-to-end, and collaborate on some of the most prestigious luxury interiors in the country. What You’ll Do 🎨 Lead Creative Direction Drive the concept-to-completion journey across residential, hospitality, and commercial interior projects Create mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals, and detailed design documentation Present creative solutions that blend aesthetics, functionality, and client aspirations 🧑‍💼 Client Collaboration & Design Management Engage directly with clients to understand briefs, budgets, and aspirations Present ideas with confidence and adapt designs based on feedback Build long-lasting relationships grounded in trust, expertise, and creativity 📐 Execution & Site Coordination Translate design intent into working drawings, BOQs, and on-site execution Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal execution teams Conduct regular site visits to ensure timely, quality delivery 👩‍🎓 Team Mentorship Guide and review work from junior designers and interns Lead internal design reviews and ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met Who You Are A design professional with 5–8 years of experience in luxury interiors Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop , and other design tools Strong communicator and confident presenter Experienced in handling high-end residential or commercial interior projects Adept at leading multiple projects and mentoring small teams Passionate about design innovation and staying ahead of trends Why Join Us At Chalk Studio, you’re not just designing—you’re shaping stories.
