As a Senior Inside Sales Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our Flexible and Virtual Office products. Your exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills will be crucial in building strong client relationships and influencing decisions. With your problem-solving and organizational abilities, you will focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences and converting high-value leads into successful closures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the Inside Sales function for Flexible and Virtual Office products to ensure strong pipeline management and consistent achievement of revenue targets. - Driving overall revenue generation by identifying new channels, strengthening aggregator partnerships, and implementing innovative growth initiatives. - Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to enhance customer experience and increase lifetime value. - Identifying high-potential opportunities, negotiating effectively, and closing deals with a solution-oriented approach. - Expanding the prospective client base through proactive outreach, networking, and effective industry relationship management. - Overseeing sales data analysis to track performance, forecast trends, and support strategic decision-making. - Managing, mentoring, and motivating the inside sales team to improve productivity, enhance capabilities, and meet shared goals. - Continuously evaluating internal processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support scalable growth. You should have 8-12 years of experience in sales, with proven expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. Comfort with tools like Zoho CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets, along with the ability to create actionable dashboards and reports, will be advantageous. Your strategic and analytical thinking will be key in interpreting data, identifying trends, and driving successful closures in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
