Position : Senior Information Security Analyst Experience : 3 to 6 years relevant experience Location : Bangalore (Indiranagar) Working Days : 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Off) Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Work from Office) Education : Any Degree Salary : Negotiable Interview Process : 1st round Virtual interview and 2nd round Face to Face interview (mandatory) Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Risk Assessment and Management Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within our IT environment. Collaborate with IT and development teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities. Assist in implementing and maintaining security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls. Incident Detection and Response Monitor network and system activities for security incidents, anomalies, and policy violations. Lead incident response efforts, including triage, containment, investigation, and remediation. Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions for reporting and process improvement. Security Operations Manage security tools like SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, anti-malware, and endpoint protection systems. Conduct regular security audits, including network and application scans, to identify threats and potential vulnerabilities. Ensure appropriate access controls and permissions are in place, and assist in regular access reviews. Compliance and Policy Development Assist in the development, maintenance, and enforcement of information security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Support compliance efforts by ensuring controls align with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and industry standards. Conduct security awareness training and sessions for employees to foster a security-focused culture. Threat Intelligence and Analysis Keep up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies in the cybersecurity space. Analyze threat intelligence reports and integrate findings into the companys security posture. Develop and refine detection mechanisms to proactively respond to emerging threats. Education : Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in an information security role, ideally within a corporate or enterprise setting. Certifications : Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent preferred.
