Role & responsibilities Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards in the field or industry Understanding of lean manufacturing and supply-chain management Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Just In Time (JIT) strategizing Understanding of ergonomics To improve Productivity (Continuous improvement) To reduce the process cost (Cost Saving) Maintaining optimum inventory Standardize the process & cycle time. Preferred candidate profile Project management skills Data analytics skills and experience Strong communication and presentation skills Organizational, planning, and documentation skills Adept at using presentation software and presenting complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) platforms Experience using System Applications and Products (SAP) software
