Layout designing and implementation for manpower reduction. 2. Time study using Video, Stopwatch, techniques etc. for both Cyclic and Non-cyclic jobs. 3. Calculate tact time for each Line/model. Here s what we are looking for: 1. Line Balancing and Manpower elimination activities for the required tact. 2. Prepare the Current / Actual Work combination table. 3. Prepare STD Work Combination (SWC SWCT) You bring to Aditya: 1. Prepare Target Layout for reduced Manpower using MS-Visio software 2. Demonstrate Output with reduced Manpower in the shop floor members 3. Leadership skills to manage the Industrial Engineering Team and CFT approach
