Job Description: As a Senior Immigration / Visa Counsellor / Team Lead - Sales, your role involves counselling clients on their options for migrating overseas on various categories of Visas where they are accurately eligible. You will interact with clients in a professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to personal growth and learning. Your responsibilities include preparing MIS reports based on client feedback to enhance customer service. Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative attitude are essential for working effectively within the team. Your guidance will assist clients in becoming Global Indians by directing them towards the right path and providing insights into available options, enabling them to make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
