Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Identity Specialist GRC to join our team at Simeio Solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance and be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's identity management systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive identity governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure identity management solutions.
Monitor and analyze security event logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
Develop and maintain documentation of identity management processes and procedures.
Provide training and guidance on identity management best practices to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance principles and practices.
Experience with identity management frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.
Proficiency in identity management tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
