Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions, including provisioning, reconciliation, and access certification workflows.- Develop and customise SailPoint components using Java and Beanshell to implement complex reconciliation, connector logic, and business rules.- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise directories, HR systems, and SaaS applications using LDAP/Active Directory, REST APIs, SAML, and SCIM connectors.- Drive deployment activities : environment provisioning, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and automation of release processes with CI/CD tooling.- Create and maintain technical artefactsdesign docs, runbooks, test plans, and production support proceduresto ensure operational readiness and auditability.- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex incidents, and drive IAM best practices and governance across projects.Skills & Qualifications :
Must-Have :
- SailPoint IdentityIQ.- SailPoint IdentityNow.- Java.- Beanshell.- LDAP.- Active Directory.- REST APIs.- SAML.Preferred :
- Workday integration.- SCIM.- Jenkins / CI-CD pipelines.Qualifications :
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise SailPoint implementations and migrations.- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning experience for SailPoint in production environments.- Experience working on-site with enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
