About the Role:

Join our client, a renowned IT firm, in the search for a Senior HR Professional with over 5 years of experience handling HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams of 50+ employees and ensuring seamless HR processes organization-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing end-to-end HR operations from onboarding to exit procedures.

- Oversight of payroll, attendance, and compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

- Leading and guiding HR team members for effective operations.

- Acting as a vital POSH Committee Member to maintain workplace compliance.

- Implementing and monitoring performance management systems and appraisals.

- Spearheading employee engagement and retention initiatives.

- Maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and compliance records.

- Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the IT sector.

- Proficient in labor laws, payroll processes, and HRMS tools.

- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

- POSH certification is a plus.
