Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for the position of Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies to support the organization’s growth. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and executing policies, promoting a positive workplace environment, and driving organizational development initiatives to foster a culture of excellence and diversity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
